Major Application

In Yeasted products :ChemsinoLactic Acid Esters of Mono and Diglycerides increases the dough toughness and gas-holding function,improve the construction, increase the bakery volume.

In meat products :LACTEM used in all kinds of grease to improve the compatibility of oil and water and prevent oil-water separation during storage.For meat products, it can improve the water storage capacity of sausages and hams, and prevent oil-water separation.

In non dairy creame : Used in watery cream, and its stable,homogeneous,fine and smooth.LACTEM plays the role of emulsifying, stabilizing, and increasing air retention, and can be used in cakes, butter and other fields.


Dosage and Solubility

Dosage:1)Put this product into warm water at about 60-70℃ to get paste shaped substance,then use it as the suitable scale.

2)Used in watery cream, the max dosage is 0.5%. For other foods, can be used as the request.

Solubility :: Insoluble in water.


Shelf life and Storage :

Shelf Life :12 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions. Storage :Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place.

The storage temperature should below 25℃ to ensure the quality of product.
