In Yeasted products :Chemsino Distilled Monoglycerideshigh is added to bread formulae to enhance the quality of the finished product and the management of the dough. They produce noticeable gains in loaf volume, shelf life, and machinability.

In sponge cakes :Cake gels are emulsifiers, solvents, and water-based cake improvers principally used in the making of sponge cakes. The primary source of -crystalline emulsifiers and the main component of emulsifiers in a cake gel formulation is distilled monoglycerides (DMG). And in doing so, it enhances the cake batter's emulsification, whipping ability, and aeration.

Dosage and Solubility

 

Dosage:In baked products :0.2%-0.5% based on the flour weight

Solubility :insoluble in water and soluble in oil and ethanol.

 

Shelf life and Storage :

 

Shelf Life :12 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions.

Storage :Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should below 25℃ to ensure the quality of product.
