GMS Glycerol Monostearate Tablets

Description: In order to meet the requirements of the environment, Freon foaming agent has to be replaced gradually. Distilled Glycerin Monostearate is the foaming agent for polyethylene and polystyrene. It functions much better if mixed with butane. Products inlaid with Distilled Glycerin Monostearate are peculiar in smooth & clean exterior and have no contractibility. Monoglycerides are mainly used for mold release and shrinkage in plastics, especially for plastic additives and additive industries. They also have anti-plastic properties.

In industrial formulations: GMS Tablets are a thickener for ointments. It has the functions of dispersing, dispersing, defoaming, starch anti-aging, and fat aggregation. It declins the formation and accumulation of static electricity and increases the flow ability.

Dosage and Solubility

Dosage: EPE Foam: 2% of LDPE, Anti-Shrinking Agent

PVC: base on production, Intemal Lubricant

PE/PP Film: base on production, Intemal Antistatic Agent

Solubility: Insoluble in water. Soluble in ethanol, benzene, and propyl alcohol

Shelf life and Storage :

Shelf Life: 24 month if stored properly

Storage: Avoid sunlight, and rain. Store in unbroken packaging at a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should be below 25℃ to ensure the quality of the product.
