Major Application
In Yeasted products :Chemsino GML 90% is incorporated into bread formulas to improve dough handling and the product’s overall quality .They result in significant improvements in machinability,shelf life and loaf volume .
In Bread :GML also prevents bread from aging. The bread hardens after a few days, because the starch has aged. Emulsifiers are also ideal bread preservatives and anti-aging agents. In bread production, emulsifiers can protect starch granules and prevent aging, thereby improving the taste of bread and extending the shelf life of bread.
In Meat :GML is used for preservation of meat products, dairy products and fruit and vegetable products, and prolongs the shelf life of food.
Dosage and Solubility
Dosage:Recommended dosage: 0.05 ~ 1.0g/kg.
Solubility :: GML can be dissolved by adding a small amount of alcohol , or disturb GML in 70 ~ 90 °c hot water, and then added to the ingredients in the food.
Shelf life and Storage :
Shelf Life :12 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions.
Storage :Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should below 25℃ to ensure the quality of product.
