In Milk :GML widely used in infant milk powder, rice flour and other products. to resist the infection of pathogenic microorganisms.It can enhance the efficacy of beverages and condensed milk.Some beverages (such as soy milk, peanut milk, cocoa milk, etc.) can emulsify the oil in the beverage and form a stable emulsification system , avoid beverage stratification, and ensure good sensory properties and taste of beverages.


In Meat :GML is used for preservation of meat products, dairy products and fruit and vegetable products, and prolongs the shelf life of food.In order to improve the color, aroma, taste and shape of meat products, the properties of meat products are more stable, the taste is better, and the rapid development of meat products is promoted.


In Bread :GML also prevents bread from aging. The bread hardens after a few days, because the starch has aged. Emulsifiers are also ideal bread preservatives and anti-aging agents. In bread production, emulsifiers can protect starch granules and prevent aging, thereby improving the taste of bread and extending the shelf life of bread.


Dosage and Solubility

Dosage:Recommended dosage: 0.05 ~ 1.0g/kg.

Solubility :: GML can be dissolved by adding a small amount of alcohol , or disturb GML in 70 ~ 90 °c hot water, and then added to the ingredients in the food.


Shelf life and Storage :

Shelf Life :12 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions. 

Storage :Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should below 25℃ to ensure the quality of product.
