DMG powder/GMS high purity over 90% are white powders, flakes or tablets, used as emulsifiers and surfactants in food or cosmetics, and as lubricants for polyvinyl chloride transparent granules. The product is insoluble in water, hot soluble in oil, paraffin, ethanol, chloroform, acetone, ether.

DMG powder/GMS high purity over 90% is the most widely used additive and emulsifier in oil chemical industry and daily chemical industry. Its hydrophilic and oleophilic balance value (HLB value for short) is 3.6-4.2, which belongs to oil solubility. Besides emulsification, it also has the functions of precipitation, depression, aging prevention and control of fatty acid condensation. It is a typical nonionic surfactant.

1. Food emulsifier: used as surfactant in chocolate, margarine, ice cream and other products, can also be used in flour products, soy milk products. Among them, the addition of 01~0.3% in bread can improve the preservation, increase the softness and volume, improve the organizational structure of bread, prevent the aging of bread;
