Natamycin

Natamycin is a polyene substance with antifungal function extracted after controlled fermentation by Streptomyces natalensis. It has strong antibacterial pertinence, effectively inhibits the growth and reproduction of various molds and yeasts, and can inhibit the production of mycotoxins.
