Monosodium Phosphate,Colorless columnar crystals, odorless, slightly deliquescent, relative density 2.04, melting point 60℃, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, soluble in crystal water to form monohydrate when heated below 100℃, and lose crystals when heated to 100℃ Water becomes anhydrous and becomes sodium metaphosphate if it continues to be heated
