Bakery master is a new type of compounded preservative. It can inhibit the propagation of microorganisms in food, prevent food from spoilage and prolong the shelf life of food.keeps bread fresh 15 days under normal temperature.
Baker Master in Tin bread:

①Mingle our Bakery Master with dosage about 0.1~ 0.2% to flour, then blend together with other ingredients. Please note to keep a sterile environment ;

② Mix water and above dry ingredients ,whip until melt completely;

③Pour above material into dough mixer and Press the dough until elastic and knead ;

④Divide dough into 100g per pieces and put each four pieces in a tin;

⑤Put them in fermentation with temperature: 38-40°C;

⑥Put them into oven and then bake ;
