Tripotassium Phosphate
Tripotassium phosphate, white odorless hygroscopic crystalline powder or granule, relative density 2.564, melting point 1340℃. It is soluble in water and shows alkaline reaction. Insoluble in ethanol. Used as water softener, fertilizer, liquid soap, food additive, etc. It can be prepared by adding potassium hydroxide to dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution.

APPLICATIONS:
In the food industry, tripotassium phosphate is used as a buffer, chelating agent, Yeast food, emulsified salt, antioxidant synergist.
1.Meat products, fish sausages, ham, etc. can improve water retention, increase cohesion, and prevent fat oxidation;
2.Used in bean paste and soy sauce to prevent discoloration, increase viscosity, shorten fermentation period, and adjust taste;
3.Used in fruit drinks and refreshing drinks, it can increase the juice yield, increase the viscosity, and inhibit the decomposition of vitamin C;
4.Used in ice cream, it can increase the expansion capacity, increase the volume, enhance the emulsification effect to prevent the destruction of the paste, and improve the taste and color;
5.Used in dairy products and beverages to prevent gel precipitation;
Adding to beer can clarify the liquor and prevent turbidity;
6. Used in beans, canned fruits and vegetables, it can stabilize natural pigments and protect food color.

It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer,and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25 Kg
SHELF LIFE:
18 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions.
STORAGE & TRANSPORATION:
This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse. It should be handled with care during loading and transportation to prevent damage to the packaging, moisture and heat, and prevent rain and moisture during transportation, and should be isolated from toxic materials
