Product Description
Nisin possesses anti-microbial activity against a wide range of Gram-positive bacteria and their spores, which are responsible for most of the food spoilage. Nisin is especially effective in inhibiting heat-resistant bacilli, such as B. Stearothermophilus and monocytogenes. It is a natural food preservative that is highly efficient, and safe. In addition, it has excellent solubility and stability in food. However, it is not effective against Gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, or mold.

Product applications
1. Application in dairy products

2. Application in meat products
It can be used as an effective substitute to reduce the amount of coloring agent in ham. Nisin can effectively control the growth of microorganisms in meat products and extend its storage period.

3. Application in canned food

4. Use in beer
Nisin does not inhibit yeast, which can also be applied to the brewing of alcoholic beverages such as beer, fruit wine, distilled spirits, etc., to prevent rancidity caused by lactic acid bacteria.

5. Application in fruit juice drinks
