APPLICATIONS:
In the food industry, dipotassium phosphate is used as a buffer, chelating agent, Yeast food, emulsified salt, antioxidant synergist.
In the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used as a culture agent for penicillin and streptomycin, as well as a deironing agent and pH regulator for talc.
