Sodium Diacetate
Sodium diacetate is white crystal, with acetic acid smell, easy to absorb moisture, very soluble in water, heated to 150 ℃ above decomposition, with flammability, stable in cool and dry conditions. Sodium diacetate mainly depends on the molecular state of acetic acid, which has good antibacterial effect on bacteria and mold.
