Natamycin is a polyene substance with antifungal function extracted after controlled fermentation by Streptomyces natalensis. It has strong antibacterial pertinence, effectively inhibits the growth and reproduction of various molds and yeasts, and can inhibit the production of mycotoxins. The solubility is low, it is not easy to enter the food, and it has a high surface anti-mold effect.

APPLICATIONS:
Natamycin is the only approved antifungal biological preservative in the world
● Spray the natamycin alcohol solution with a concentration of 300mg/L on the surface of the cake to prevent mold on the surface of the cake and extend the shelf life.

● Use 300mg/L natamycin aqueous solution to soak the meat enema to prevent sticky intestines and moldy intestinal coatings.

● Adding 5-10mg/kg Natamycin to fruit and vegetable juices and wine can prevent corruption and extend the shelf life.

● Spray the natamycin solution with a concentration of 300mg/L on the surface of the cheese to prevent the cheese from moulding and extend the shelf life.

STORAGE & TRANSPORATION:
