3. Formulation of SSOP management standards

With the improvement of standard control indicators, microbial management actions have been further implemented, and microbial suppression has become simpler.

4. Use of fungicides

Before using the fungicide, it is necessary to carefully study the use of various sterilization methods, including heating, ultraviolet light, ozone, etc., and consider the consequences of the use of the fungicide. It is necessary to select the appropriate fungicides, study the use of fungicides according to different sterilization objects, prevent unnecessary fungicides from being mixed into food, and also consider the adverse effects on wastewater treatment.
