3. How to conduct microbial hygiene management
1. Implement tidying up

2. Education for workers
One of the biggest sources of pollution in food factories is people. In the workshop, no matter how the degree of mechanization develops, there are people everywhere. However, it is difficult for workers to accept health and safety knowledge. The best way is to carry out "self-inspection", workers will naturally absorb knowledge through their own hands. "Self-inspection" by workers can not only improve the causes of pollution but also increase knowledge, and consciously develop microbiological management actions.
3. Formulation of SSOP management standards
Every factory has many kinds of problems. If they are not solved step by step, microorganisms cannot be suppressed. We must first find out the reasons, and then formulate "microbial suppression" standards, and we must formulate phased completion goals, otherwise it will become empty talk. With the improvement of standard control indicators, microbial management actions have been further implemented, and microbial suppression has become simpler.
4. Use of fungicides
Before using the fungicide, it is necessary to carefully study the use of various sterilization methods, including heating, ultraviolet light, ozone, etc., and consider the consequences of the use of the fungicide. It is necessary to select the appropriate fungicides, study the use of fungicides according to different sterilization objects, prevent unnecessary fungicides from being mixed into food, and also consider the adverse effects on wastewater treatment.
