Product Description
Distilled monostearate(DMG) is a food additive commonly used as an emulsifier in the food industry. Mono and diglycerides are derived from natural sources such as vegetable oils and animal fats. In addition, Emulsifier 471 has the characteristics of white color, odorless, and stable performance. Among distilled monoglyceride, the emulsifying effect of glyceryl monostearate is higher, so the emulsifying ability is 3-4 times higher than that of crude esters.
E471 food additive has several benefits when used in food products. Mono and diglycerides are primarily used as an emulsifier, which means it helps to mix ingredients that do not naturally blend.
