Baker Master in Tin bread:

①Mingle our Bakery Master with dosage about 0.1~ 0.2% to flour, then blend together with other ingredients. Please note to keep a sterile environment ;

② Mix water and above dry ingredients ,whip until melt completely;

③Pour above material into dough mixer and Press the dough until elastic and knead ;

④Divide dough into 100g per pieces and put each four pieces in a tin;

⑤Put them in fermentation with temperature: 38-40°C;

⑥Put them into oven and then bake ;
