Dicalcium phosphate, white monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, relative density 2.32, stable in the air, starting to lose water at 75°C to produce calcium hydrogen phosphate

APPLICATIONS:
In food industry,Dicalcium phosphate is used as a bulking agent, dough improver, buffer, stabilizer, and emulsifier in the food industry. Nutritional supplements, etc. Such as leavening agent for flour, cakes and bakery products, compound bread modifier, fried food modifier, also used for biscuits, milk powder cold drinks, ice cream powder, as nutritional supplement or quality modifier

It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer,and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25 Kg
SHELF LIFE:
24 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions.
STORAGE & TRANSPORATION:
This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse. It should be handled with care during loading and transportation to prevent damage to the packaging
