1. Star anise
Illicium verum is a famous spice and also used for medicine. Aromatic oil is contained in peel, seed and leaf, which is an important raw material for cosmetics, sweet wine, beer and food industry.
2. Fennel
Fennel is also known as xiaohuaixiang, also known as coriander, fennel, fennel seed, millet (Sichuan, Guizhou), hunxiang. The stem and young leaves of fennel can be used as vegetables and seasoning. Fennel is the dry and mature fruit of plant fennel.
3. Cinnamon
Cinnamon, scientific name: chaigui, also known as: Cinnamomum, Lauraceae, Cinnamomum camphora plants, Cinnamomum, Cinnamomum fragrans or Cinnamomum fragrans bark. This product is food spice or cooking seasoning. There are more than ten species of Cinnamomum, all of them belong to Lauraceae. There are 8 kinds commonly used in different places.
